This challenge follows on from Monday’s post.
It is also short, sharp and straight to the point.
Your challenge this week is to own your worthiness. You are a being who is worthy of many things.
This week is your week to identify them, and own them.
So you have two tasks:
- Create a list of at least 10 things you are worthy of. If you feel like providing long definitions and examples feel free too, if it’s one word then thats cool too.
- Own them. Choose one or two to focus on for this week, and put yourself first. Make yourself a priority. When opportunities arise for you to own it, do so. If you are in a situation where you are not being heard… what can you do to change it?
This week isn’t about fear, or pushing you so far past your comfort zone you need a passport. This week is about moving towards independence and alignment.
Knowing you always have your back, because you are worthy.
