Coaching Challenge – Worthy

This challenge follows on from Monday’s post.

It is also short, sharp and straight to the point.

Your challenge this week is to own your worthiness. You are a being who is worthy of many things.

This week is your week to identify them, and own them.

So you have two tasks:

  1. Create a list of at least 10 things you are worthy of. If you feel like providing long definitions and examples feel free too, if it’s one word then thats cool too.
  2. Own them. Choose one or two to focus on for this week, and put yourself first. Make yourself a priority. When opportunities arise for you to own it, do so. If you are in a situation where you are not being heard… what can you do to change it?

This week isn’t about fear, or pushing you so far past your comfort zone you need a passport. This week is about moving towards independence and alignment.

Knowing you always have your back, because you are worthy.
