I have run a challenge similar to this (if not pretty much the same) before. The challenge is to find as many different things as possible that bring you joy. This time, I am adding some extra reflection to it.
Why? The point is not only to work out what makes you tick, but more than that, to ensure you understand that you ARE WORTHY of joy in its purest form. That despite what else is happening in your life, whatever the chaos, you are worthy of those fleeting moments of organic happiness.
So your task is simple. Below you will find 5 time constraints. For each time limit, you are to select at least one (1) thing you can complete within that time which brings you joy AND one (1) reason why you are worthy to have it.

- 1 Hour
The first step to making the most of your moments of joy, is to acknowledge that you are worthy of it.
